Dear Golden Family
Yesterday the Board, as many of you, read on the Internet the unfortunate decision of the Zlaté Hory town Council to unilaterally cancel the European Goldpanning Championships 2021 scheduled for August this year.
The WGA Board was taken by surprise with this announcement. While we await the already asked official communication from them regarding this, Members of the Board are busy trying to look at alternative possibilities. We will put out further information within the next week.
We wish to apologise to WGA Members for the confusion and uncertainty this has caused. We will come back to this as soon as possible, please be patience.
